Dear Mr. President, this is an advice from me to you but then, it is left to you to either take it or leave it. It will do your govt and the good people of this nation good if you choose to take my advice because these two men have misconducted themselves in their capacities as the accountant general and the chief director of the ministry of finance respectively. First and foremost, i feel that the chief director of the ministry of finance must be fired with immediate effect without any delay because he had a diabolic plan for directing the accountant general to pay the ex-gratia to the former president and MP's. Why should he sign for a minister? Is he a minister or a deputy? Where was he when you (Prez) directed that no payments should be effected neither nothing should be sign with regards to any payments untill further notice? Secondly, the accountant general should have been fired long ago because he has no right to pay these moneys since he knew there was a conflict with the ex-gratia saga. Mr. President, Hon. Moses Asaga should not go alone but must leave with these two men for their misconduct. Thank you sir.
